Due to the handmade nature of our furniture:

  • Natural variations in wood grain, color, texture, and carving are normal

  • Minor differences from product images do not constitute defects

Product images are for reference only and may vary slightly from the final delivered piece.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion

Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • All delivery timelines provided are estimated, not guaranteed

  • International shipping may be subject to customs inspections, port delays, or logistical issues beyond our control

The Mother Cart is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather or force majeure events

5. Customs Duties & Taxes

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country are:

  • The responsibility of the customer

  • Non-refundable

6. Returns, Refunds & Damage Claims

Our Refund & Return Policy applies to all orders and is considered part of these Terms.

  • Made-to-order items are non-returnable after approval

  • Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos/videos of damage and packaging are required

Resolution may include repair, replacement, or compensation at our discretion.
