At The Mother Cart, each piece of furniture is handcrafted and made to order with great care. We aim to provide complete transparency regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.

Made-to-Order Policy

All our furniture is made specifically after an order is placed. Because of the custom and handcrafted nature of our products:

  • Cancellations or refunds are not accepted once production has started.

  • Orders cannot be canceled for reasons such as change of mind, size preference, or design choice after confirmation.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take export-grade packaging seriously to ensure safe delivery to the USA.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos and/or videos of the damage and packaging

After review, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the damaged part

  • Repair support or compensation

  • Full or partial replacement (in rare cases)

Our team will work with you to reach a fair resolution.

What Is Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds or returns are not accepted for:

  • Natural variations in wood grain, texture, or color

  • Minor differences due to handmade craftsmanship

  • Changes requested after production has started

  • Damage caused by improper handling after delivery

These characteristics are a natural part of handcrafted solid wood furniture.

Shipping & Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines provided are estimated. Delays caused by customs clearance, port congestion, weather conditions, or logistics partners are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
